The thinking first, the design after

Most brand projects start with a logo or a campaign, while the real problem sits deeper: the story has no shared source. That's why every project here runs in the same order. First we settle the position you can credibly claim, then we build the brand that shows it, then we put the story to work — inside your company and in the market.

The problem this approach answers

Why your story keeps shifting

The product is real. The traction is real. But the story changes depending on who tells it. The pitch that raised your seed round doesn’t land with new investors. A new hire improvises the narrative, because the best version lives in your head.

That’s not a people problem, and it’s not a product problem. Every small adaptation, every rewritten version, every well-meant simplification shaves something off the original — until what’s left is a story that belongs to no one. What’s missing is a shared source everyone can draw from.

One line of thinking

One line of thinking as the source

Somewhere in your company runs a line that connects everything: the insight you started with, the reason the product exists, the conviction your market isn’t saying out loud yet. In the daily work of building, that line disperses across pitches, pages and presentations that each follow their own logic — until no one recognizes the original.

Our approach exists to recover that line before it’s gone, and to make it the source of everything your business says and makes. That single decisive act is what we call One Move: category, brand and launch from one source. Businesses that move as one become inevitable.

The three phases

Three phases, always in this order

The order is the method: first settle what you claim, then shape how it looks. The other way around, you build a beautiful brand on a story that isn’t clear yet — and you only find out when it’s too late.

Phase 1 — The thinking

We start with the question your market actually turns on, and the position you can credibly claim in it. In working sessions with your team we expose the outdated thinking holding your market back, the real problem you solve, and why you shouldn’t be compared to the existing players. The result is a category strategy: one story that sounds the same in every room, from investor meeting to sales call.

→ Category strategy

Phase 2 — The brand

Only when the strategy stands do we start designing. We translate the position into an identity you recognize without explanation: how you look, how you sound, and how it all comes together on your website. Every design decision passes one test — does this make the position visible?

→ Visual identity · Website design

Phase 3 — The launch

A position exists once others recognize it, and that starts inside your own company. First we make sure your team can carry the story, then we take it to market with a launch plan, pitch deck and campaign framework. From that moment on, no one has to wait for you to be in the room to tell it right.

→ Launch plan · Internal activation

How it works in practice

At the table together

Strategy only sticks when your team helped build it. So we work in sessions where your people actively think along — markers and post-its, or online. You won’t get a thick document and a goodbye; we work it through together until the clarity holds without us.

And we’re honest about choices. Where several routes are real, we lay them side by side. Where less is smarter than more, we’ll say so.

How far we build together

From kickstart to full transformation

The order never changes; how far we build together does. Sometimes two weeks of thinking is enough to sharpen the story, sometimes we build all the way through identity, website and launch. What lands on your desk per phase and per package lives on the What You Get page.
